A: For standard models like our Tri-proof lights series, a full container typically ships within 15-20 working days after confirmation. For standard products, we maintain sufficient stock of key materials.

A: Absolutely. We value transparency. You can schedule a real-time video call via WhatsApp or Zoom. Our team will walk you through the SMT workshops, assembly lines, and aging areas so you can verify our capacity firsthand.

A: We maintain a “Fast-Track” lane in our production schedule. If your project is critical, we can prioritize assembly and aging to get partial shipments out in under 10 days without skipping any testing protocols.

A: Heat dissipation is the “lifeline” of LED lighting. We exclusively use 6063# aviation-grade aluminum alloy with a thermal conductivity of up to 200W/m·K to achieve optimal cooling performance. Our in-house manufacturing capability also enables us to customize and rapidly process according to OEM project requirements.

A: We never do spot checks. We perform a 100% aging test for a minimum of 4 hours on every single fixture. This includes multiple high-frequency power-cycle switches to ensure the drivers and LED chips are stable before packaging.

A: We keep a strategic safety stock of long-lead parts (like LED chips and drivers). This buffer allows us to keep your production moving and maintain steady prices, even when the global supply chain is volatile.
